Wake Forest University School of Medicine | Pediatric Residency

Brenner Children's Hospital

At Wake Forest University School of Medicine we want all applicants who are invited to interview to take this opportunity to learn more about our program and for our program to learn more about you.

We are thrilled to be able to offer two in-person days this year, we look forward to the day that we can add even more!  Given the model of virtual interviews, we encourage you to reach out (or come visit WS) to us at any point with questions.  We are disappointed that all applicants won’t have the opportunity to come and see our facilities, meet faculty, and most importantly, our wonderful residents! Our hope is that everyone feels comfortable in reaching out - we are always here to help you navigate the world of recruitment.

“I love the friendly and collegial relationship between residents and faculty! Faculty are very accessible and eager to teach, and the relative absence of fellows as compared to other quality programs means that you get lots of close contact with program faculty, especially specialists, that you might not get elsewhere.”
